Login Process in Outlook Extension from Microsoft

1. install extension from edge store or chrome store

Notice that the Outlook extension icon is visible in grey. Its grey because the user is not yet signed in.

2. click on extension icon. Notice that the following login screen opens. proceed to login

Notice a popup window opens, to select the account, if a user is already signed-in into some Microsoft accounts or it will ask to login by filling in user's email/password.

3. Select an account by clicking. The window will close after successful login.

Notice that now, the extension icon will turn blue, signifying successful login.

4. now click again on the extension icon and start using it, from now on.
